*KIDS* Yoga
This 45-minute class is led by Maggie Duan of Yoga Time with Maggie. Our Mindfulness Yoga will include mindful breathing, mindful speaking, mindful listening, and mindful movement. Through yoga, Maggie aims to support kids with their mental health and social-emotional learning.

About Maggie:
Maggie runs Yoga Time with Maggie in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as Chinese with Maggie tutoring service. She started working with children and family in 2016. She earned an Early Childhood Education Diploma from George Brown College. Currently, she is pursuing an Early Childhood Education Degree at Toronto Metropolitan University. Besides Yoga teacher training, she holds a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, a postgraduate certificate in sports journalism, a spoken language interpreter certificate, a Putonghua Certificate.
