- We advocate for fair wages and contracts on behalf of our artists. Exposure doesn’t pay for rent or food 🙂
- We support our artists’ development as instructors and experts in their field. We would never ask you to sign a non-compete clause. Grow, baby, grow! 🌱
- We encourage emerging artists to grow their skills and gain confidence in their unique talents. Work with us as an assistant, and we’ll show you the ropes on leading your own workshop!
