** Please note: You will need a standard 6" chef's knife for this workshop. If you do not have one, please add a knife to your cart and we will provide you with one to use and take home after class.
In this 2-hour workshop, learn how to cut almost anything (without cutting yourself). Led by chef Anya Abramczyk, build confidence in the kitchen by learning how to cut various vegetables, and then use them to make quick pickles and a giardiniera together.

I purchased a workshop. Where is my ticket?
Your email receipt is your ticket. Please be prepared to present your email when you check into the workshop.
My workshop comes with a gift card or voucher. When do I get it?
Gift cards and vouchers will be handed out in person at the venue, when you check in to your workshop.
What is your cancellation policy?
All workshops and events are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- If there are 14+ days prior to your event: Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
- If there are less than 14 days prior to your event: Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.
Since venues, instructors and materials have been booked and paid for in advance of every workshop, we appreciate your understanding!
